Love this Michigan brewery. Still have five bottles left. Waiting to see how Michigan goes tonight to decide whether they get drunk or given away (it's beer... can't bear to pour it out).

Not as harsh as described. Pretty smooth, but boozy. Bourbon barrelling is there, for sure, but not overbearing

Aromas of bourbon, brown sugar, caramelised malts, baked bread and plums. Flavors of burnt sugar, caramel, butter on a toast, tobacco and wooden barrel. Smooth and slightly bourbon boozy aftertaste. Full body with a thin but solid head.

One of my top 5 beers. Yummy tan head dark brown body bourbon aroma boozy caramel & vanilla flavors syrupy & smooth slightly sweet #Michigan #craftbeer
