If I was in the correct mood, I may rate it differently. Did not realize it was aged in oak bourbon barrels when I grabbed it outta the fridge. VERY boozy.

Kraftig duft af fad og lidt malt. Smagen er fyldt med malt og fad noter. Chokolade, karamel og en smule røg. Eftersmagen er tung, malt, chokolade, fad og en smule tør. En dejlig tung og voldsom øl, hvor fadet måske fylder lidt rigeligt.

The smell is amazing and loaded with barrel with a strong taste when it hits the tongue. Although, shortly after you take the sip you lose the flavor. It’s full of barrel up front but then it smoothed out and almost loses its flavor.

Oaky and strong. The bourbon really overpowers everything. A little sweetness on end with dry finish

Didn’t think it was my first time having this? Not as boozy as some but not as good as the LTS Mole’ I had a couple weeks ago.

THE FOUNDERS OF FOUNDERS ARE RACISTS. Ok dat weer gehad, tijd voor het biertje: het is een dunne lijn tussen hele goede strong bier dat zwervers drinken en een strong ale op vaten dat wel goed smaakt. Deze smaakt goed maar ik voel me wel als een zwerver..

Interesting experience. Can taste the bourbon without a strong alcoholic aftertaste. I think I prefer the bourbon flavor with the creaminess of a stout though. Wouldn't go out of my way to drink again.
