Lighter than expected. Not too boozy with a good oaky quality.

Hoppades mycket men fick ett exemplar som hade läckt i kapsylen så kolsyran i princip var borta. Kändes även något tunn i smaken men det hänger nog ihop med kolsyran också.

2020 vintage. Not as great as I remember but good. Seemed a bit thin and bland. Maybe the vintage?

Doft av fatlagring från bourbonfaten. Fyllig munkänsla. Smak av smörkola och karamell med fatlagring från bourbonfaten vid sidan av. Även tydlig smak av fatlagring från bourbonfaten i eftersmaken. Tål att upprepas, från bourbonfaten.

Malty, strong and heavily bourbon barreld. Sweet notes of toffee and honey initially, but not sweet or sticky really. More woody actually. Not super well balances. Ageing potential?

Choklad i början som övergick i mer tydlig burbon med stigande temp. Lite tunn och spritig.

Strong sense of bourbon vanilla. Distinct roasty flavor. Dried fruits and warming character. There is a bitter note, either from something burnt, like molasses, or from hops, that’s peaks in the middle, but finished with sweet caramel on the palate.
