Tart without bring sour full of raspberry. Canned 22 sep 20 so 4.5 months old freshness retained well. Raspberries feel 2 or 3 days old not straight of the bush but close

Nice at the start but became very syrupy towards the end. Might not have been the best choice to drink outside when the windchill made it feel like -12c
