After a rest for a few months the barrel bite is tempered and the blueberry 🫐 flavor has become more pronounced. Maybe a hard pour helped. Cheers to thursty Thursday ✌🏽🍻

Blueberry, coffee, chocolate, vanilla, very light bourbon finish. Fresh and balanced, unlike some blueberry beers that taste artificial and cloying.

Huh that's pretty good. Big rich barrel aged stout but really nice with the deep jammy blueberry flavor to offset it. Very smooth.

Chocolate chip blueberry pancakes when cold. Chocolate takes over as it warms. Tasty.
