An excellent stout. Tons of chocolate and bourbon. Maple notes compliment the profile. Aged one year in bottle (bottled 10.1.19).

Compared to the 2017 it loses some character.... Not only the mounty(sp?). Less sweetness and maple flavor than the '17.... But hasn't aged as long obviously.

They keep saying that this is the last of this beer. That’s a shame. CBS is one if the best beers I’ve ever had.
