It’s a good beer, but I wouldn’t drink it very fast or have more than one in a sitting; it’s so rich, it’s like drinking chocolate rum cake... or something like that.

A special drink for a special lady. Masses of deep coffee and chocolate. Heat from the ABV and creamy smooth finish. An absolute cracker. Sleep tight mum. You were the best x

2019 bottle. Velvety. Bitter chocolate notes fade into a slight bourboney boozy sip, with a drying oak-maple aftertaste. One sip leads to another.

An EXCELLENT beer. I had the 2018 and it was amazing. The bourbon taste comes across perfectly with the sweetness of the maple syrup at the back, excellent chocolate taste at the start
