Sweet baking/pie spice nose, hints of clove. Hopped cloviness with a sweet strong bitter cloved finish. Slightly vegetal

Please only barrel age a barleywine, don’t add these adjuncts to it too! Very sweet with too much of the spices takes away from the beer it’s self.

Tastes like Christmassss! A very sneaky 12.8%, I would never guess it was that boozy from how smooth it is. Very balanced flavors, I love this

Ginger bread big time, cookie crust, vanilla, ginger, icing, warming booziness, has some hoppiness that is somewhat bitter but I think it’s also cinnamon
