Liked it much better this time. 5 years since I’ve had it. Taste change? Or this was bottled 6 months ago. Still has the burn on aftertaste. Fruit is about gone. Strong mango alcohol. Enjoyable

Pepper really eats this one up in a surprising (because it’s not super spicy) way. It takes the mango flavor’s sharper notes and muddles it to mostly a sweetness. It’s a real mash up of mango and pepper. Interesting at best, blurry at worst.

The fruit mango notes are terrific. I'm not a fan of spicy beers that said, but the spice doesn't really come through per se, rather a limiter to the mango taste.
