Rich, heavy, flavorful, sweet, not too hoppy. Like a Belgian dubbel. Could not finish in one sitting

Super bitter. They claim this has the most IBUs any brewery has recorded but who knows. Still enjoyed it

One of my favorite beers ever. Only have 4 more bottles left. Bottled on April 21st 2015. Still hoppy as hell.

Unopened bottle from 2016--has some sediment that got stirred up. Still good. Quite boozy, but with a great, deep woody malt character. Got a sharpness to it, almost spicy. Little bit of off bitterness from the sediment, needed a more careful pour.

Had this one shelved for a while, date is sadly rubbed off the bottle.

Just a way to boozy. Alcohol comes through in a nasty, solvent like way. Otherwise decent stuff.

As malty as a barley wine. Very big flavor. This bottle has been aged around six years, so I’m not getting any hops, though I’m sure that would have been interesting here, too.
