The label says spicy chocolate but the tastes says a disappointing chocolate taste with no spice. Shame on me for thinking it would be really good.

Mexican chocolate beer done right. Tons of coffee and sweet chocolate with a subtle amount of pepper flavor. Has a nice barrel presence as well. Doesn’t have a lot of spice to it but overall tastes excellent.

This is really well done. All the flavors chili, chocolate and coffee are well balanced.

Very similar to regular with a tad spice. Not overpowering heat at all which is good imo.

Wow! Another winning KBS variant. Decadent, spice note is faint and complimentary. Could be higher.

A perfect brew for this frigid night. Starts off a nice boozy dark chocolate stout with hints of maple and vanilla. Then finishes with a nice dry pepper spice. Nothing too spicy but you know it’s there.
