Green Zebra

Sour - Fruited Gose

Subtly sour and a little sweet, this ale is a refreshing take on a nearly extinct German style, gose. Watermelon is the highlight of this lightly-hopped treat and gives it a hint of satisfying juiciness. The soft mouthfeel and dry finish comes courtesy of the addition of sea salt, a traditional gose ingredient.

Tart enough. Sweet enough. Haven’t explored founders too deep but I certainly will now

After a long hiatus from the Green Zebra, it has returned to my palette. After this long drought, it has reminded me that I really need to get this more often. Sour, tart, and sweet with all the proper feelings of a summertime fling. ILY Green Zebra

Light and refreshing. Not a watermellon fan but this is not jolly rancher powered flavor. Perfect gose saltiness at finish.

Overall- 78.00 aroma- 80 appearance-76 taste- 78 Last brew of the night. This is a good one. Not as sour as others I’ve had, but still a good pucker/tart. Sessionable if you wanted. A lovely brew! 🍻

Oh wow... No joke...that was pretty damn good! I really liked this one. Almost like a Watermelon Jolly Rancher but not sweet. I can dig it.

A very nice watermelon gone that has a perfect blend of sour and sweet with a hint of salt at the end.

It tastes like it should. Not my jam but accurate, scoring fairly even though I hate watermelon.

Refreshing German style Gose Ale. Slightly sour, a little sweet with a hint of watermelon and lightly hops. This juiciness goes well with the sea salt finish.
