Very distinct flavors of blood orange and sourness. Actually a decent blend of tanginess on the tongue.

Lots of blood orange flavor. You do taste some of the strong alcohol 10% as you drink more.

I settled in to this and enjoyed it more than I thought I would. Think of it as a cocktail and it works.
