For this new DIPA, we are glad to be working with Crosby Hops™ to bring a feisty combination of Zappa®, Triumph, Cashmere and Belma® to a smooth 7.8% hazy beer. The Zappa® hop varietal is named after the iconic musician, Frank Zappa, who famously said “A mind is like a parachute. It doesn't work if it is not open.”
