It’s rare to taste this balanced transition from moderately sweet creamy mouthfilling citric tropicals to dry bitterness. This smooth merge of flavors few brewers accomplish, none overpowering, just a flow. I guess it’s even better fresh, but yummy as is.

DDH NEIPA de Dry & Bitter Brew. Muy buena esta NEIPA. Muy equilibrada, con cuerpo sedoso, buena espuma cremosa, sabor a frutas de hueso, amargor controlado y ligero regusto herbal. Invita a beber más. 7.5% . BB 13/08/21

Tropiskt fruktig med betoning på ananas. Mango, grapefrukt och apelsin gör sällskap. Hyfsat tryck i humlen, ganska söt. Trevlig beska som hänger kvar en stund. Fin!
