UW

IPA - American

UW (pronounced U-Dub) is our super oily and uber hoppy IPA that combines dank resinous flavours with tons of tropical fruit. UW is heavily dry-hopped so as to push the fruit aromas even further forward. In order to balance out the vast amounts of hops we boosted the body too, giving a more balanced mouth feel.

Mango 🥭 and is that Banana 🍌 on the nose ? Taste is fruity and medium sweet. Pineapple 🍍 & Peach 🍑 over thick doughy & yoghurty maltiness quickly dominated by bitter fruits pepper and sour lemons. An interesting beer.
