Ancient Paradox

IPA - Black / Cascadian Dark Ale

Roasted dark chocolate meets zesty grapefruit in the long debated style that is the black ipa. A wide selection of dark malts provide a rich and toasted base, while citra, chinook and simcoe hops bring a fruity zing to the proceedings. Roasted yet fruity, black but pale, sometimes contradictions just work.

3.4 can/dark, more chocolate than I'd ever expect in a BIPA, a bit roasty, a bit hoppy too. But the chocolate brings it down
