High Lite

IPA - Session / India Session Ale

The sky is full of spiders, kiting above us on their silk threads, weightless in the electrostatic wind, floating to their unknown destinations. When our friend Anthony from @brasseriegrandparis visited, we brewed a lighter IPA for our airborne-themed series of collaborations (see High & Better + Higher & Betterer). High Lite is high in hops but light in percentage. Idaho 7, Vic Secret, Columbus & Citra hops are woven together to elevate this ale to a higher place.
