Ampersand: Idaho 7

IPA - New England

The Ampersand single hop series is all about expression. We created a balanced, medium-bodied New England base to best let the hops shine. Each beer, and each hop, have their own distinctive personality. Here, a double dry hop of Idaho-7 gives us tropical and stone fruit notes, with hints of fresh pine needles, and a green zappy finish. Citrus, pine aroma. Grapefruit, floral flavors up front. Slight piney, sweaty background. Aftertaste is fruity, leaning towards lime. Pretty full body.
