IPA - Black / Cascadian Dark Ale

A Black Christmas DIPA has crawled out of the crypt and on to the sleigh! Sort Jul is a collaboration with Denmark's most rotten purveyors of Death Metal, Undergang. Dark chocolate flavours from the mass of black malts are balanced by citrus notes from a dry hop of Citra, Mosaic and Columbus. ? De siger det er hjerternes tid Jeg ser at sneen falder hvid Alt jeg ønsker er din død.... Og jeg glæder mig til jul.

Hohoho, den sorte jul kom tidligt i år. Smuk mørk DIPA med lakrids/chokolade/mokka nuancer og bitterhed. Ligesom bandet bag øllen, så er denne øl en oplevelse værd! Super øl til prisen!

Dark roasted malty and solid hoppy, notes of cocoa, caramel, slightly charred malts, nice citrus and tropical fruity sweetness punching through from the underlying hops, medium plus body, roasted and malty lingering finish. Text book BiPA, lovely.
