Somma

IPA - Imperial / Double New England / Hazy

Somma is part of a series of 50/50 DIPAs where we only use two hops, in equal quantities, throughout the beer. Here a Motueka and Mosaic double dry-hop lends notes of passion fruit, papaya and lychee to a smooth and full body with low bitterness and a soft finish.

Først tænkte jeg, den var lidt for kedelig og anonym, fordi den nærmest ingen bitterhed har, men den er virkelig blød og frugtig og rar at drikke. Glimrende gateway IPA.

Reubs

Punchy fresh fruity aroma and taste with stonefruit notes of mango and peach, some crushed citrus notes of grapefruit and motueka lime, semi sweet malty support, leading to a bitter edged hoppy finish. Very nice and just edges the Lyssa for me.
