Double Dry-Hopped Braggot
From the distant depths of our collective mind comes a mighty collaboration with the masters of honey Mad Scientist from Budapest, Hungary.
We sourced 200 kilos of Danish honey from the awesome apiarist Klaus Hougaard Jensen. The bees that produced this honey were stationed in a clover field in the northern part of Falster. This delicious clover honey was blended into a hoppy & malty wort and this beautiful braggot began its life.
To take it somewhere else we dry-hopped it generously with Mosaic, Idaho-7, Simcoe & Chinook hops.
This modernised take on an ancient recipe brings forward a dry amber braggot that will leave you buzzing.
