Versus: West of the Moon
IPA - American
Versus is a two part series where we explore the differences between two IPA yeasts, while the dry-hop stays the same.
For West of the moon, we used Bry-97 American West coast ale yeast. East of the sun uses WLPO66 London fog yeast. Both have a healthy double dry-hop of citra, mosaic and ekuanot.
In West of the moon we experience notes of mango and grapefruit on a dry body with resinous and bitter finish.
