A surprisingly mild raspberry pastry sour. The smell promises more than it delievers which is a bit of a let down. Seems to be filtered too much which puts a damper on the taste notes. A decent experience

Not sure I'm getting the marzipan, but maybe the milk sugar. Decent sour, but not as good as a Flanders Red. Jazz is fantastic though.

Loads of sweet cherry on the nose. Tart, slightly earthy, fruity hit on the palate but all that's left is the flavour of fresh cherry. The actual pulpy fruit, not just juice. Dryish finish.

Tonnes of cherry laying over a nice vanilla almond base, light touch of lactose but not OTT or too heavy, still a sour at the end of the day and a solid one at that

This reminded of a saison brewery in Chinatown. More along the lines of a saison. Couldn’t tell the difference.
