This Weiss Deer's light, fruity and refreshing character comes from the soft creaminess of the malted wheat along with notes of banana and sweet clove from the yeast. All balanced out by a gentle dry-hop of Mosaic.

As lackluster as a cheap pilsner. And it is not creamy, it is thin compared to traditional wheat beers. Normally, I don't rate based on how a beer "should taste" but this has little do with wheat beer. Interesting IPA notes but not very good overall.
