I haven't done much newer DFH, but revisited this in cans. Still pretty faithful to what I remember of the old 60 Minute. Good balance, bitterness, foam retention...a benchmark classic American IPA.

The 90 Minute was my introduction to Dogfish Head, and to this day is one of my top favorites. The 60 is a lighter, more citrusy flavor. Perfect if you want something similar to 90 but not as bold or hoppy.
