Adieu 2020 with this blast from the past. We’ve all moved on a bit (according to Untappd none of my friends have drunk this in over 6 years) in terms of what we expect from a double IPA but this bittersweet bruiser can still hit the spot.

IPAs don't cellar. You get bitter funky swamp water. A 90 minute Imperial IPA however, smooths into some rough toffee with appropriate booziness and only a little bite at the top of the sinuses. 5 years is probably too long, but a 1 year would be nice.
