Ok pumpkin ale. Strong malt base with an okay spice flavor
over 2 years ago
This is liquid potpourri thanks to copious amounts of nutmeg and other spice rack seasonings. A slight caramel/toasty malt base but is not sweet. Med-light body/med-hi CO2. Easily drinkable for 7%. Not bad at all but the flavors don’t do much for me.

The spice is a bit off, unfortunately. While I generally like Dogfish Head, this isn’t one of their stronger offerings. 🎃🍺🫤

Always a good pumpkin beer during the fall season. It’s different from most because it’s a brown ale with pumpkin.

I can do one per year.. Luckily this one is not overly sweet nor spicy. Quite clean actually.

The first sip is nice, but gets a bit over spiced over time.
