Surprisingly complex sour. The beginning of it threatens to overwhelm you with hyperpucker. But the middle is actually tame in the mouth, a salty gose. Then it finishes with a twist of lime. Definitely a hot summertime drink.

Solid but flavors are fairly subtle, it’s lacking a punch. Salt-forward which is interesting.
