SeaQuench Ale

Sour - Fruited Gose

SeaQuench Ale is a session sour mash-up of a crisp Kolsch, a salty Gose, and a tart Berliner Weiss brewed in sequence with black limes, sour lime juice and sea salt to make this the most thirst-quenching beer Dogfish Head has ever brewed.

Should have assumed by the 3 lime ingredients referenced in the description that it’d be super limey. Which is it. But also deliciously salty. And kinda tastes like how a perm smells - but not in a bad way. 🤷‍♀️

#13. Not a sour fan. May be great but tastes like vinegar to me.

I am not into sours, however, this is very refreshing on a hot summer’s day. Not too sour. It is tart and light, that’s what makes it great for summer. Definitely tastes like being at the beach. Citrusy with a nice salty finish.
