Really enjoyable for a lime fan especially with the black limes being used. Refreshing, crisp, tart. Lime, black lime, light saltiness, bready finish

A classic sour. There were hints of a salty aftertaste but nothing prominent.

4.9% so it’s smooth sailing on this one. I taste lime juice more than lime peel. Very tart. Can pick up hints of the sea salt. Honestly this works very well. Good balance thag compliments each other. Not a sour fan but this is delightful. Well done 🤙🏼
