Namaste White

Wheat Beer - Witbier / Blanche

A witbier bursting with good karma. Made with dried organic orange slices, fresh-cut lemongrass and a bit of coriander, this Belgian-style white beer is a great thirst quencher. Namaste White was originally brewed at our pub in Rehoboth Beach with our Italian friend Leo from Birra del Borgo. It was a tribute to our friends at 3 Fonteinen brewery in Belgium, who had devastating production loss (1/3 of their annual production) in 2009.

Smells like a gym sock. Fruit to cover the musky taste. Not for me.

Bizarre flavor. The only thing I can like it to is drinking bubble juice (like the kind you buy as a kid that has a wand for bubbles). Don't want it ever again. I was able to finish the can though, so it has that going for it.

A little too much going on for me. Not enough of a Belgian taste.

It has a taste that certain wheat beers have that I am not a fan of. Not sure what it is but is a rather strong spice but not normally in wheat beers

Not sure what to make of this one. More complex than a Blue Moon esp with the lemongrass/coriander/peppercorns. Good spice note and def a 🇧🇪 white ale. Can’t decide if I want another one or stop drinking this now. Coming in @ 4.2% makes it just right

Oh I love Dogfish but this one is not one of my favorites! It’s ok. I get wheat and some orange but that is all I’m getting here. It’s ok but would not seek it out!

Not a huge fan but still had to try it because it’s a new brew for me, y’know. Decent but nothing more.
