Wow. Quite strong but a really nice aroma. Worth trying and if you can get past the booziness, it has great flavor.

Anniversary beer! We were gifted this beer a year ago at our wedding reception by our friend Michael and told to let it age a year 🎉🎉

Rewarding myself after completing the first of three raised garden beds

Tasting #2 still has a sweet and booze front end with a bitter back end. Caramel notes are coming in as the raw woody notes fade a bit. Still needs cellaring, but could very great with another year or so.

Wow! Strongest beer I've ever had. The booziness didn't hit me before the end. Initial association with Belgian quadruples. Impossible to rate. Big thanks to Reuben B. for the surprise from Delaware! 🍻 Maybe I should have let it age for another 10 years?

Great as always. It’s like drinking a hop lollipop.

Not a big fan of IPAs. I can see why people like it but it’s heavy for me.

(retro rating from 2018) now this is more like it. Finally an IIPA from Dogfish that I can get behind.

120 minute that I just pulled out of the back of the fridge. Brewed in July of 2016. I think it tasted even better aged for over 6 years! Little sweetness to it after aging.

I've had this bottle for over 10 years. Fitting to be my last beer as a resident of the USA.

NOT for the faint of heart! But absolutely worth trying!! Don’t drive afterwards.

Because I need one every year. Clearly new hops this year. Magical.

Was a lot sweeter then I planned on it being. Was interesting how if I ate something spicy or savory while drinking this the next sip was sweet and caramel like. And it was nice it was heavy, adds to the experience.

Don’t remember ever having this on tap. Not sure of the year (long story). That aroma, although not as strong, is still there. Drinks very smooth with a tamed bitterness.

Definitely got a sweeter boozier flavor out of this than a bitter hoppiness. Like a good Samuel L Jackson lager, "IT'LL GET YA DRUNK!"
