Alter!!!! Das ist mal wieder ein stark Bier. Sonnenuntergang top, Bier absolute Vollkatastrophe. Erinnerungen an Mainz kommen hoch. Brechreiz nur knapp abwenden können. Aber ich habe es leer getrunken!

Bottled June 6 2020, almost a year old. Syrupy citrus flavor with a gentle bite and some light fizz at the end. Almost like if Gran Marnier was a beer. Hell of a beer.

I love this beer, but 7 years is too long to hold onto it. It ages well, but maybe no more than 3-4 years. My fault, not Dogfish Head.

I haven't had this in many years but i remember being blown away. Usually when i revisit beers like that I am utterly disappointed. Not this time. Exquisite. Bottle conditioned for 6 months.

Brewed about 2.5 years ago. I don't know if its this brew's age but a super strong IPA seems less tasty these days.

Strong taste for those who love a hoppy flavor. Will need to age a few to get the best out of this IPA.
