Aged one year and it’s tastes better than the day I opened it. Very hoppy but not super bitter.

The quintessential non-IPA. I remember being wowed by this guy because of the amount of malts needed to compliment the hops. Because of the malts, it tastes like an IPA, but not. Boozy, hoppy, and spicy and sweet at the same time. Hallelujah.

Much more mellow hoppiness than expected probably because this was bottled In July of 2020, surprisingly sweet malty flavor, very smooth drinking not too heavy, and slightly hoppy but very smooth after taste one of the best imperial IPA’s I’ve had!
