Always delish. Kinda malty for such a hoppy beer. Balances with the high ABV very well. This beer is like IPA wine and I love it.

This is a beast! Only my second time having it. Boozy on the nose and palette. Similar flavor profile as the 60 and 90, just turned up past 11. They may have doubled the hopping time of the 60, but what stands out most is the malt. And booze.

Cellared for just under 3½ years and it is amazing! Me thinks smoother with stone fruit notes slightly more pronounced. Almost wine-like. EXCELLENT!

Good. STRONG. Expensive. Malty. Probably won’t buy it again. But glad I tried it.

I actually like this a lot and I’m a bit surprised honestly. This is definitely a small sip by sip kind of beer at 16% abv. Very sweet like red wine infused with hops. It’s strong and impressive holding up to one of my favorite IPA’s so far.

Hops, yes, but there are other flavors going on here. I taste roasted grain and a caramel sweetness under the obvious alcohol intensity!
