120 Minute IPA

IPA - Imperial / Double

The Holy Grail for hopheads! Clocking in at 15-20% ABV, 120 Minute IPA is continuously hopped with a copius amount of high-alpha American hops throughout the boil and whirlpool, and then dry-hopped with another pallet of hops. Unfiltered and abundently hoppy.

2020. Hops fell off considerably. Huge malt bomb at this point. Doing a triple IPA comparison tonight.

Wow this is interesting. Nowhere near perfect, nor worth $38 a 4 pack, but has some good, unique qualities. Very thick bodied, predominantly malty, and LOADS of hops.

Heavy caramel flavor here. Boozy but I wouldn’t call it hoppy??? Thanks Tom!!

Delicious. More malty than hoppy though. Would be bomb barrel aged. Is that a thing ?

PTY is better. This packs a punch though. Even thought it’s sweet, it still has a bitter bite. Piney woody hop profile. That cloyingly hop profile. You know, where it seems thick.

Bottled in 9/19, so aged well - hoppy but smooth.
