Chunky, bold Imperial IPA. Vintage dated 8-27-12. No hop bitterness but super smooth. Almost tasted like a cheap wine to me. Slight bitterness on the tail end. Curious, but what do you think the ABV is at 10 + Years.

I’ve had twice but never checked in. Thanks Homebrewher and dynobyte.. burnt sugar. Bitter. Boozy but hides it’s bigness fairly well.

Rich copper color, smooth and sweet. Hides the booze well. I learned my lesson last time and decided to share one this year. 😂

Impérial india pale ale bouilli pendant 2 heures avec du houblon, suivi d’un dry hop pendant 1 mois. J’ai pas ABV, mais ça doit être environ 9-10%. L’amertume est tres prononcé, le IBU doit être entre 80 et 100. Sirupeuse, ressemble à la diable au corps.
