120 Minute IPA

IPA - Imperial / Double

The Holy Grail for hopheads! Clocking in at 15-20% ABV, 120 Minute IPA is continuously hopped with a copius amount of high-alpha American hops throughout the boil and whirlpool, and then dry-hopped with another pallet of hops. Unfiltered and abundently hoppy.

An unapologetic ABV and hop monster. Tastes like a very alcoholic dogfish. It's an interesting experiment but ultimately just excess without the flavor to back it up.

An amazing accomplishment to make a massively overtopped 18% abv beer that is drinkable, but ultimately I’m not the point. Would rather have three session ales than nurse one of these until it is room temp.

Red-golden clear QIPA?. Strong boozy and aromatic nose. Malty and aromatic hoppy take. Vinous body with an obvious malty sweetness, a heavy boozy sweetness, and an aromatic hops profile. Hints of raisin. Boozy dominance, sweet balance. Long deep finish

Still can’t get behind barrel-aged beers, but I have to respect the weight and respective drinkability this has. For being 17%, I should absolutely hate sucking this down.

Very strong. A sipper. Better for a cold day by the fire not a porch pounder.

Interesting, just not my thing. Strong, sweet malt; citrus/fruit hop hint. Full-bodied, sticky/smooth. Boozy with a brandy/barleywine quality to it. Sipper. Share the bottle!
