Bottle aged for just short of 3 years after purchase. Smooth, great sipper full of flavor. Would not wait another 3 years though

Kept one of the sixer I bought in 2018 because the label says “ages well”. It aged into a barley wine!

Bottled July, 2020. The way this beer changes over the years is amazing. I thought last year's was good. This one might be even better. The booze of the fresh one disappears and a caramel sweetness with a touch of floral hops comes forward.

Happy New Year! This guy was Bottled on 3/16/17 and is the last of my stash beer. It has a little carbonation left. But mainly flat. Still carrying the heat however.

Like the best Desert ever, but after the 4th bite, it's so intense that you have to stop.....then you come back....then you say NO MORE.....then....it's gone...!!!
