Vertical flight of 1yr aged, 3yr aged, and 4yr aged. Honestly all tasted like barelywines. They became sweeter and less malty and hoppy with age. Very interesting.

Finally had a proper pour. First sip cuts your balls off, but after a while it sews them back on.

Maybe 2017? Too boozey to start, but mellowed nicely as it warmed.

drank fresh so it’s pure piney hop w/ a malty finish. v bitter. would love another but aged to mellow out the hops and hopefully add more complexity to the flavor

Holy smokes! After drinking Dogfish 60, and Dogfish 90, I completed the cycle with 120. My buddy, Mike, brought them over for some holiday cheer. Now, I am totally turnt up... I think I'll lie down for a bit...
