120 Minute IPA

IPA - Imperial / Double

The Holy Grail for hopheads! Clocking in at 15-20% ABV, 120 Minute IPA is continuously hopped with a copius amount of high-alpha American hops throughout the boil and whirlpool, and then dry-hopped with another pallet of hops. Unfiltered and abundently hoppy.

Had this last year and guess I didn’t check it in. Aged it since it says it “ages well” and trying it again!

That reminds me, I have to buy some rubbing alcohol. I like my Imperial IPA’s but this one is just too strong and boozy. Where’s the great hop flavors? Cheers 😝🥃🍸 oh yeah, thanks a lot for the beer, Ben.

Uma nova, outra com 5 anos na garrafa, a envelhecida é bem mais fácil de beber, vale apena deixar uma boa cerveja em envelhecer

2015 version; still holds up and tastes phenomenal. Packs as hard of a punch from any beer I’ve ever had 😂

Forgot to check this in at Midnight....Happy Brew Years!!! Strong, piney, bitter, and a hard to find beer in the Midwest. Will post a year when I figure out when I bought it in K.C.

Hard to believe this is 18% abv, would have guessed 9-10%. Very smooth, very hoppy.

Smells of booze. Taste is super bitter. Really interesting. The freshest of the bunch. This is more of a sipper.

Bottle ages since early 2014. Incredibly smooth. Notes of caramel. Hop character has levelled out extremely nicely.
