4.5 years old.. starting to get slightly flat, but still has a great sweet flavor. Probably won’t age any more of these past 2-3 years.

As always, think of it as wine or even hard liquor, and drink it as such. You’ll enjoy it more if you don’t think of it as beer. It’s special, though, something with a ton of depth and complexity if you take your time with it.

Never had another beer as a comp, so having one after Flying Fish Triple IPA was the closest. More complex and flavorful, appreciate it much more now. Amazing flavor!

Huge malt, huge hops, and what a well balanced meal. Not sure that I've had many better. The heavy ABV precludes normal volumes of intake, unfortunately.

120 minute that I just pulled out of the back of the fridge. Brewed in July of 2016. I think it tasted even better aged for over 6 years! Little sweetness to it after aging.

Because I need one every year. Clearly new hops this year. Magical.

Don’t remember ever having this on tap. Not sure of the year (long story). That aroma, although not as strong, is still there. Drinks very smooth with a tamed bitterness.

After sitting in the back of the fridge for 18 months, I’m finally drinking the last of the 4 pack. Almost all of the boozy flavor is gone, and all that remains is a sweet beer packed with flavor. Highly recommend buying a pack and letting them age

Hard to believe this is 18% abv, would have guessed 9-10%. Very smooth, very hoppy.
