This is a heavy duty brew that I’ve always been a fan of. This one was bottled in August of last year so it mellowed out nice.

It's not like an IPA. It smells like barley and maple sugar. The first alcohol is not very comfortable to pour into the nasal cavity, but the alcohol performance is not so radical after that, for an 18 degree wine, alcohol is hidden. Sweet entrance, make

This version seems more like a barleywine than IPA. Still very good.
