Op de verjaardag 🎁 🥳 van m’n moeder. Genieten met deze voor mij nog onbekende IPA van Dogfish Head. Zelfs in Amerika nog nooit op. Eigenlijk is het geen IPA, maar een flink bittere quadruple. Ook maar een laag alcoholpercentage zie ik… Smaakt erg goed!

08/30/19 still a little boozy and sweet. Not as hot as the last time I had it on draft. It’s so cool to see how it changes over time. I’m looking forward to getting some fresh this year since it’s back in the rotation for DFH.

At 18% this has a fair kick… Definitely one I am glad to have had the opportunity to try, and the flavour is amazing. Not for everyday, but great on a cool winter’s night.
