Smooth sweet n hoppy with a hint of the booze but you would never guess ABV is that high. So good!

I can taste dark fruits, plum maybe, some grapefruit as well, it's sweet but not too sweet, and then there's a moderate pine resin flavor at the end. It is a little bit boozy but in a subtle warming way that's nice. It is delicious.

First beer I’ve rated or posted in a while. But I felt I had to with this one. I looked for this beer for 20 years before trying. This is 3 of a 4 pack, aged 2 years. It does get better with age. Absolutely fantastic.

Wonderful on tap. Amazingly smooth for an 18% IPA. Sweet and not bitter.

Карамельный цвет, шапка стойкой кремовой пены. Мощный солодовый аромат с карамелькой и немного хмелевой, после прогрева тропики. Вкус мощный, жирный, плотный, пьётся тяжело, но не спиртит, очень насыщенно, эфирный. Больше в карамель, чем в горечь, но есть

Better than I remember. Maybe because it’s straight from the source. Hard to call an ipa. Sweet like a barleywine.
