Outstanding! Celebrating over 2700 broadwing hawks migrants for the day at Hawk Mtn including over 1900 in one hour! Probably one of the most outstanding hours for several veteran counters! An outstanding red letter day on the Mountain!🍺

This is not what I’d consider a hoppy IPA. It’s more like drinking a 15-20% ABV Chimay Blue. But I love Chimay Blue. Caramel, booze. So, enjoy a great strong beer. Sip.

It's a damp, drizzle, chilly day. This is a perfect brew for the day

We’ll this is wonderful. Not sure if the years have mellowed the hops. One doesn’t taste 120 ibus. Honestly closer to eku 28 than an ipa.

I let it age for about 4 years so nice and smooth. I would have waited longer but last night in Bermuda!

120 mins of boiled hops so the bottle says and more thrown in at the end. The result is a beer with a slight burn (17% ABV) as you swallow...but it's OK! Apricot fruit, and a "brandy" sweetness, in a thick, unctious malt. Never tasted anything like it

2019 vintige..... definitely tones down the bitterness and hop bite, tastes more like a barleywine with its smooth, carmelly maltiness. But with more hopiness to it!! Definitely delicious!

Was a lot sweeter then I planned on it being. Was interesting how if I ate something spicy or savory while drinking this the next sip was sweet and caramel like. And it was nice it was heavy, adds to the experience.
