From the other night. This is a 2018 edition, & it's aged REALLY well. Very subtle now. I think much longer than this though, & it will lose too much.

Aged 4 years. Pretty damn good. Can't believe I never checked this one in. Love me some Dogfish head!

Sweet earthy maltiness overall with light citrus hoppiness. Balanced and smooth. I can pick out the maple, which grows as it gets warmer. Good stuff.
