A little on the sweeter side. Not getting much pine but does have an earthy tatse. Also getting a bit of citrus. Not bad.

This one isn't piney like it usually is or much aroma. Maybe age took it away :( still a great beer and 8.5 :)

Helped me calm down a bit, not a bad brew. Dog slipped between the gate fence today while banding bull calves, pulled him out in time. Dunno what I’d have done if I saw my dog get caught and crushed between the gate and the angry heifer. Jesus Christ.

Sweet nose. Bitter forward with a medicinal follow. Like an OP ipa, just too much for its own good. Blows out the pallet. Not horrible, but more intense than my liking.

aged tuxedo. one of my favorite dogfish brews. much different flavor profile after aging.

2016 version in 2021. Nose is a malt bomb solid carbonation. Spruce still balanced.
