Lots of similarity to previous MOBarleywine post. More chocolatey; less caramelly but still in the same vicinity. Solid.

This is a great stout, and Kameron M. how far it’s come since you gave this 5.0... john G. 4.75

Brewing my oatmeal milk stout, drinking this bold and deep brew for some inspiration! 😂

First official day of Xmas holidays! Never mind the pending lockdown. Really doesn’t seem like 18% until the burn just builds and builds. Sweet, Raisins, a hint of roasty malt. Fun beer.

Not sure how many years this has been on the shelf, 5? More? Boozy beginning, dark Chocolate finish, slight cherry.

Damn. Never really paid attention to this beer. I think I threw this one in the wine fridge 3-4 years ago and this is my kind of stout.

Creamy, bourbon and dark. Very delicious and not boozy.

Let it breathe for a bit like a wine. Much better as it warmed up a bit.

Did not wake up this morning expecting a coup, but I guess 2021 wanted to prove that shit could get worse than 2020.

I can't make out what year it's from, it's been resting for a couple years. Always good! Cheers!

2006? 2007? Not sure, but this one's a teen, and is one of the better cellaring experiments. Rich dark fruit, savory soy, licorice, sherry, port, umami and no cardboard. Fantastic.

Always amazing for the alcohol content, so well masked and valancedx this never ceases to amaze me

Swear I had this, guess was before I got Untappd & never put in notes. Bottled on 4/2019, bought 2 months ago. Tried w/ BB version. Tastes chocolate/coffee up front, then boozy hoppy licorice. Like Hoppin Frog's Qoris but less thick/licorice & more boozy.

Never let sleep get in the way of serious scientific research! At 53.7 F things are getting velvety with full bourbon backdrop. Bd 11/01/19
